Environment
The environment has a high priority at Julius Koch. All chemicals that are used in the production have been tested and approved by the authorities. Emissions in the form of noise, air and water are monitored regularly and the current environmental regulations are naturally met, as a minimum. All our colours are water-soluble and environment-friendly. In addition, we have a code of conduct which applies to our main suppliers.
Working conditions
All employees are thoroughly trained and continually receive on-the-job training so they are well-equipped to meet their daily challenges.
Moreover, the working conditions in the new building in Germany are excellent thanks to the new low-noise machinery and the modern air-conditioning facilities.
With the establishment of a factory in the Ukraine, Julius Koch is supporting growth in the local area. For example, a transport arrangement to and from the factory and a health care system for factory employees are under development.
